The Football Club would like to update season ticket holders with some important information regarding the iFollow streaming service...
Unique codes are currently provided to season ticket holders prior to each home league game to redeem via iFollow to gain access to a video match pass.
The EFL have been working on a solution to make it easier for clubs and supporters to gain access to the live stream through iFollow and from Saturday 31st October (Posh v Shrewsbury Town), all season ticket holders' iFollow accounts will be automatically granted access to the live video stream for home league games. There will be no need to input promo codes and supporters will just need to log into their iFollow account.
The next home game is against Burton Albion on Tuesday 27th October and codes will still be sent for this game. If you do not receive your code by Monday 26th October, please email ifollow@theposh.com
NEXT STEPS
We will be providing the EFL with season ticket holders' email addresses (data is being passed securely and purely for the purpose of providing access to iFollow).
It is essestial that supporters set up an iFollow account using the email address that we have registered for you on our ticket club account (the same email address we send your iFollow codes to currently or you have contacted the club to change to). You can check what email we have for you by logging in online at https://login.theposh.com or by emailing tickets@theposh.com
If you already have an iFollow account registered using the same email as the club has for your ticket account, you do not need to do anything else - just log into the iFollow account on the match day (from Saturday 31st October).
Supporters who have not set up an iFollow account under the registered email we have, must set up a new account using that email address by 5pm on Friday 23rd October. Click here to register.
Please note that if you do not set up an iFollow account using the registered email by 5pm on Friday 23rd October or attempt to use a different email address then we cannot guarantee access to the live streams going forward.
