When we updated supporters ahead of the 20/21 campaign on 28th August 2020 the football club were fully expecting to have supporters back in the Weston Homes Stadium in time for our second match of the season when we were to take on Swindon Town.

As time has transpired, we all know that the date for when supporters can return to stadiums has been postponed to a date that is still unknown to the football club.

When we updated supporters we made it clear that Season Ticket Holders would receive a pro-rata refund added to their account in Club Cash, however this was on the basis that we expected there to be only one, maybe two, matches played behind closed doors. This refund was the pro-rata difference between what you’ve paid as a Season Ticket Holder and the cost of an ifollow Match Pass.

As time has gone on we feel that the pro-rata Club Cash refund has become an untenable solution for both the football club and its Season Ticket Holders who are unable to access matches in-person at the Weston Homes Stadium.

As a result, we have decided to pause the Club Cash pro-rata refund whilst the three co-owners of the football club put together their refund package and options for Season Ticket Holders for club support to January 2021.

This means that the only match you would currently receive a pro-rata club cash refund for is the Fleetwood Town match which should have already been added to your account.

Many thanks for your understanding, and continued support.
