Posh Foundation Make Offer For Affected Thomas Cook Employees

Posh Foundation offering free fun days to affected Thomas Cook employees.

The Peterborough United Foundation were saddened to hear yesterday that Thomas Cook had ceased trading and would like to offer its staff and affected customers an offer for their children during the upcoming October half-term, at this difficult time.

This October we shall be offering football fun days from Monday 21st October to Friday 25th October.

The courses are for boys and girls of all abilities aged between 4 and 12 years of age. All courses will be delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaches who will put on a variety of fun-based football activities.

Sessions will be taking place on the following dates and locations;

  • Nene Valley Community Centre , Candy Street, Peterborough PE2 9RE

Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd October - Football Specific

  • Neale Wade Community College, Wimblington Road, March PE15 9PX

Thursday 24th & Friday 25th October - Football Specific

The fun days take place from 9am until 3pm. Any attending child will need to bring a packed lunch, appropriate clothing for the weather and footwear suitable for grass and astro turf with shin pads recommended.

Offer Available;

  • If you were a Thomas Cook employee and would like to book on your child – children can attend FREE OF CHARGE
  • If you were due to travel over the October half-term period and can now longer do so, children can attend our days FREE OF CHARGE
