The 45-minute podcast, recorded at the Journalism Centre at the Peterborough Regional College, is presented by Phil Adlam with special guest Ivan Toney. The podcast features an exclusive interview with Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder, who managed Ivan at Northampton Town, a chat with defender Nathan Thompson who discusses his ideal dinner guests and a conversation with a relatively new Posh fan in the United States.

During the episode, we chat with Ivan about his start to the season, how close he was to joining Wolverhampton Wanderers from Northampton Town instead of Newcastle United and the importance of family. He also dishes the dirt on his room-mate which involves a hairdryer and an episode of Friends.

Marketing Executive and producer of the Podcast, Jake Baxter said: “Episode four of the podcast actually featured three pre-recorded interviews and they are all compelling listens from Chris Wilder’s memories of a young Ivan Toney to the sheer uniqueness of Derrick Smith’s new-found love of the football club. We would like to thank the college for their ongoing support and hope everybody enjoys the episode!”

The podcast will enable media and journalism students from Peterborough Regional College and University Centre Peterborough to take part in live work experience, giving them an essential insight into the media industry and sports-based productions.

The podcast was recorded on Thursday 31st October.
