The Posh Foundation are seeking a part-time casual coach to work on Thursday evenings.

Type of Position: Part-time
Hours: 2 Evening sessions a week on Thursdays 7-9PM.

Job Purpose
To be responsible for the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of high-quality football sessions.

Job Summary
Key Skills and Experience Required: ESSENTIAL

To hold FA Coaching Football Level 2 Qualification.
Hold a full clean driving license and have access to a vehicle.
Have an understanding of Safeguarding issues.
Experience of working with a selection of ages including children, young people and adults.
Have the ability to inspire, supervise and manage a group of young people.
An appreciation and awareness of developing the individual player.
To hold a current Safeguarding and protecting children certificate
Emergency First Aid Certificate
FA Coaching License Coaches Club Member

Key Skills and Experience Required: DESIRABLE
FA Youth Module 3 + Assessment (FA Youth Award).
FA Coaching Football Level 3 Qualification. (UEFA B)

Specific Responsibilities
To plan and deliver high quality football sessions to Development/Elite U10, U12, U14, U16 players.

To adopt a flexible approach to ensure all sessions are innovating and provide each individual player with the opportunity to develop.
