Darren Ferguson’s men will start their new season on Saturday 3rd August with a home game against Fleetwood Town.
Peterborough United will entertain Joey Barton’s Fleetwood Town on the opening day of the Sky Bet League One season at the Weston Homes Stadium (Saturday 3rd August, 3pm) before travelling to Oxford United seven days later.
Posh will entertain Doncaster Rovers on Boxing Day before travelling to Sincil Bank on New Year’s Day to face League One newcomers Lincoln City in other notable fixtures. Posh end the season with a home game against Tranmere Rovers and face MK Dons away on Saturday 24th August with the return game at home on Friday April 10th (Good Friday).
Darren Ferguson’s men also have August home fixtures against Ipswich Town (Aug 17th) and Sunderland (Aug 31st) to look forward too with the trip to the Stadium of Light on Easter Monday. The final away game of the season is to the Crown Oil Arena, home of Rochdale on Saturday 25th April.
