Malcolm Sargent Primary School receive a visit from popular mascot Peter Burrow.
The Peterborough United Schools Initiative has been busy this week and it started on Monday morning in Stamford with a visit to Malcolm Sargent Primary School.
Every pupil at the school received a FREE ticket for a forthcoming fixture at the ABAX Stadium with an adult also admitted free of charge. Press Officer Phil Adlam said: “It was great to kick-off the new year with a visit to Stamford, our first visit to the wonderful town as part of this programme.
“The Foundation have done great work within this school and it was great to repay their support by visiting with mascot Peter Burrow at the start of the week. We hope to see youngsters from the school taking up our offer and supporting the Posh in the future.”
