The Schools Initiative continued this week with a visit to John Clare Primary School.
The Peterborough United Schools Initiative visited John Clare Primary School in Helpston last Friday morning and once again, mascot Peter Burrow was the star of the show as he spent time with youngsters during the assembly.
Every pupil in the school received a FREE ticket for a forthcoming fixture at the ABAX Stadium with an adult also admitted free of charge. Press Officer Phil Adlam said: “We really enjoyed visiting John Clare Primary School and we hope that the pupils enjoyed meeting Peter Burrow and hearing all about the football club.
“We look forward to welcoming pupils to an upcoming fixture at the ABAX Stadium and would like to thank everyone at the school for their warm welcome.”
