The football club can confirm that a new jumbo screen will be erected in the Motorpoint Stand, hopefully in time for the final league game of the season.
Peterborough United are pleased to announce that a new jumbo screen will be erected in the Motorpoint Stand, which will allow the football club to screen birthday messages, match action, interviews and much more.
The screen, which has been generously sponsored by ABAX, could be used for the first time in the Sky Bet League One fixture with Burton Albion on Saturday 4th May. It is approximately four times the size of the current screen, is 22 square metres in terms of dimensions and will be the largest outdoor LED screen in Peterborough.
Commercial Manager Alex Harris said: “Firstly, we would like to thank the main sponsor of the screen, ABAX for their support and generosity. A bigger screen is something that we have been working on behind the scenes for some time and we are pleased we are now in a position to confirm it will be in operation on the final day of the season in preparation for the new campaign.
“The screen will not only allow us to sell advertising, but it can be used to display birthday messages and match action, helping us to improve on our match day experience for the supporter.”
