Schools initiative continues with a visit to a wonderful school in Lincolnshire.
After a visit to Northamptonshire in the morning, it was a trip to Lincolnshire in the afternoon as the Peterborough United Schools Initiative visited Edenham Primary School with popular mascot Peter Burrow.
After watching a DVD of Posh goals from this season (also featuring the Ladies team), the youngsters showed Peter their ‘flossing’ skills before each received a FREE ticket to a forthcoming Posh fixture at the ABAX Stadium alongside a parent.
Press Officer Phil Adlam said: “It was a wonderful visit to Edenham School on Wednesday afternoon. The kids definitely enjoyed the chance to meet the mascot and hopefully they will see him again at a game coming up at the ABAX Stadium.”
