Schools Initiative continues with a visit to Ramsey.
Peterborough United visited Bury C of E Primary School in Ramsey on Wednesday morning as part of the Schools Initiative with just under 200 children receiving a FREE ticket to a forthcoming fixture at the ABAX Stadium.
Not only that, but an adult/guardian will be admitted free of charge as part of the offer. Mascot Peter Burrow was once again the star attraction as he led the whole school in a ‘flossing’ dance-off alongside one of the teachers.
Press Officer Phil Adlam said: “I think the teacher, Miss Scotney, was waiting for this moment to show off her flossing skills! The kids seemed to love the visit and the feedback we have had suggests that they will be taking up the offer of the free tickets. I would like to thank the Headteacher for being so welcoming and we look forward to seeing them at the ABAX Stadium soon.”
