The post involves overseeing the coaching and games programme for the St Neots Town FC Elite Scholarship programme and managing an age group in the Youth Development Phase (U13 – U16) in the Peterborough United Academy.
This role would suit a hardworking, enthusiastic individual with a proven interest in football coaching, due to the nature of the role it would be advantageous for the successful applicant to be residing in the local area.

Location: St Neots Town FC and Mick George Training Academy
Hours: Full Time
Remuneration: Dependant on experience and qualifications.
Job Purpose / Responsibilities: To oversee and deliver coaching for the St Neots Town FC U18 Elite Scholarship programme
To manage the Elite U18 team in fixtures.
To support St Neots Town FC staff with the delivery of their education programmes.
Leading sessions for squad in the Youth Development Phase at the Peterborough United Academy.
To manage a Peterborough United Academy squad on game days.
Ensure all PMA requirements are met in line with Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) Rules.
Essential Requirements:
UEFA B (Level 3) Coaching Certificate.
Working towards The FA Youth Award Module 3.
Enhanced DBS Clearance.
Up to date FA Safeguarding Certificate.
Up to date FA Emergency Aid Certificate.
Up to date FA Coaching Licence.
Full Clean Driving Licence.
FA Enhanced DBS Check.
Desirable:
UEFA A (Level 4) Coaching Certificate.
Advanced Youth Award
Basic First Aid in Sport.
FA Youth Award.
Experience of working at a professional football club.
