Do you want to get into coaching at an Elite Professional Academy? The Peterborough United Academy are seeking a voluntary Youth Development Phase Assistant Academy Coach to work within the Under 13’s, 14’s, 15’s or 16’s. This is a great opportunity for an individual to join a Top Professional Football Club Academy environment, with great CPD and self-development opportunities.
Job Purpose:
To assist the Age Group Squad Manager in the delivery of the Academy’s Elite training and games programme.
Essential Criteria:
Committed, respectful, honest, driven and organised individual with the personality to coach and inspire young footballers.
Some experience coaching footballers aged 12-16 years.
FA Level 2 Coaching Certificate.
FA Youth Modules 1 & 2.
FA First Aid and Safeguarding certificates, together with a satisfactory DBS check.
Desirable:
Experience working within an Elite football environment.
UEFA B Licence.
FA Youth Award.
