Come and meet Posh boss and players at Kit Launch event on Sunday morning.
On Sunday, the football club will be officially unveiling the brand new shirt for the 2018-2019 campaign and from 10am until 3pm, there will be plenty of fun for all the family at the ABAX Stadium with entertainment, refreshments and much more in the fan zone.
We are also pleased to confirm that we will have player involvement throughout the day with some of the summer arrivals present to meet supporters, sign autographs and pose for pictures.
From 11am until 12pm, goalkeeper Aaron Chapman and right-back Jason Naismith will be present and from 12pm until 1pm, Alex Woodyard and Matty Godden will be in attendance and we can now confirm that Louis Reed and Mark O’Hara will be joining us from 1pm until 2pm so come on down and welcome the new boys to the club. Manager Steve Evans will also be in attendance in the morning to meet supporters and pose for pictures.
There will be fun for all the family with a children’s entertainer (magic and balloon modelling from 10am until 2pm), a professional face painter (from 10-2pm) and a DJ spinning some summer tunes!
Not only that, but the Speed Kick machine and various other fan zone favourites will be in operation with refreshments served throughout the day including Beanies Coffee, serving freshly ground coffee, hot chocolate, cookies and pastries and Frank’s Ices keeping youngsters chilled on what we are expecting to be a hot day!
The Posh Venue will be open serving drinks and we will be running a number of competitions during the day with a chance to win the brand new home shirt! The Club Shop will of course be open selling the new home kit, which you will be able to have personalised on the day.
