Schools Initiative continued with a visit to Spalding on Monday morning.
On Monday, the football club visited St. Johns Primary School in Spalding as part of the Schools Initiative with over 400 children participating in an interactive assembly alongside mascot Peter Burrow.
All of the children received a FREE ticket to a forthcoming fixture at the ABAX Stadium with an adult also admitted free of charge. Press Officer Phil Adlam said: “We have spent a lot of time in Spalding during this initiative so it was great to spend some time at St. Johns Primary School before we visited the Garth School just down the road.
“We received a warm welcome from everyone at St. Johns and we hope to see as many youngsters at the school as possible in the next few weeks at the ABAX Stadium.”
