Peter Burrow spent time with pupils at Warmington Primary School.
On Monday afternoon, the football club made the short journey on the A605 to Warmington for the and a visit to their Primary School with mascot Peter Burrow spending time with the youngsters in a special assembly.
All of the children at the school received a FREE ticket to a forthcoming fixture at the ABAX Stadium with an adult also admitted free of charge. Press Officer Phil Adlam said: “It was great to be invited to Warmington Primary School to conduct an assembly alongside Peter Burrow. It is a small school but the kids really enjoyed teaching Peter how to floss.
“Off the back of this particular school, we have had contact from their sister school not far away and we will be visiting them too in the New Year. We hope to see plenty of the youngsters at a forthcoming fixture.”
