Posh spend time at the Garth School in Spalding on Monday morning.
As part of the EFL’s #DayofDisabilities, the football club alongside the Posh Foundation visited the Garth Academy in Spalding with mascot Peter Burrow spending time with the youngsters at the school.
The Garth School meets the needs of pupils aged between 2 and 19 and is well equipped to meet their complex, severe and profound learning difficulties.
All of the pupils at the school were offered free tickets to come and watch Posh play in Sky Bet League One action at the ABAX Stadium in the next few weeks. Press Officer Phil Adlam said: “This visit was arranged by the Posh Foundation and they will be spending time at the school in the New Year. Peter Burrow spent time with everyone at the school and we hope they enjoyed the visit.”
