Peterborough United’s Michael Doughty and Lewis Freestone made a visit to a training session of local junior football club, Bourne Town Reds Under 12s, on Thursday (26th April) evening.
John Miller, from J Miller & Co who provide independent financial advice, sponsor the kits of the Posh duo and arranged the visit as his son Oliver plays in the side.
The Posh duo spent time interacting with the kids before assisting with the training session and passing on words of advice to the budding young footballers.
The session ended with a good-spirited penalty shoot-out between Michael’s team and Lewis’ team.
