You can now book your child on the May/June half-term fun days at Posh!
The football club are delighted to confirm details of the May/June half-term fun days which will be taking place at the Mick George Training Academy and for the first time, the Posh Foundation are trialling an early drop off and late collection scheme.
The courses are for boys and girls of all abilities aged between 4 and 12-years and will take place on Tuesday 29th May, Wednesday 30th May, Thursday 31st May and Friday 1st June. All courses will be delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaches who will put on a variety of fun-based football activities.
Participants will also have an opportunity to receive a behind the scenes tour of the club’s training ground, including a visit to the gym, changing room and other facilities used by the first team squad at Peterborough United.
This half-term, the club are delighted to offer parents the choice to drop off their child for a 9am start. Players starting at 9am will benefit from extra playing and match time to give parents and carers more flexibility. Parents and carers can also take advantage of a later collection time of 4pm. (additional costs for early drop off or late collection are £5 or £10 for both). The usual fun days take place from 10am until 3pm.
Any attending child will need to bring a packed lunch, appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for grass and astro turf including shin pads. Junior Posh members and development centre members can attend for a discounted rate of £10 for one day with non-members paying £12.50 for one day.
