Posh set for trip in second round of competition if they can beat Tranmere Rovers in the replay.
Peterborough United face a trip to either non-league side Woking or fellow Sky Bet League One side Bury in the second round of the Emirates FA Cup if Grant McCann’s men can overcome Tranmere Rovers at Prenton Park in next week’s replay.
The draw for the second round was made live on Monday evening and Posh found out their possible fate early on. Bury have proved somewhat of a difficult opponent at Gigg Lane in recent league games but in the last meeting in this competition back in 2010, Posh chalked up a 2-1 victory. Posh and Woking have never met in an FA Cup tie.
