A presentation to Craig Mackail-Smith took place ahead of the Oldham Athletic fixture.

Peterborough United manager Grant McCann made a presentation to on-loan striker Craig Mackail-Smith ahead of the Sky Bet League One fixture with Oldham Athletic to commemorate his 100th goal for the Football Club.

Mackail-Smith's last minute strike against Oxford brought up the ton for the club, around four years since he bagged his 99th for the club in the play-off final against Huddersfield Town at Old Trafford.

Mackail-Smith netted goals number 101 and 102 in the 3-3 draw at Chesterfield, a brace of goals that took him within 35 goals of the club’s all-time Football League goalscorer record which is held by Jim Hall with 137. (It is important to point out that six other players are ahead of Mackail-Smith – Tommy Robson has 128 and five others include Midland League goals in their tally).
