Peterborough United will open their Sky Bet League One account with a home fixture against newly promoted Plymouth Argyle.
Grant McCann’s men will entertain newly-promoted Argyle at the ABAX Stadium on Saturday 5th August before travelling to Bristol Rovers on Saturday 12th August. A local derby is within the first month of the campaign with Posh travelling to Sixfields to face Northampton Town on Saturday 26th August – the home fixture with the Cobblers takes place on Monday 2nd April.
Posh are away on Boxing Day at Bradford City with a New Year’s Day fixture against Doncaster Rovers to look forward to. McCann’s men end the campaign at Fratton Park against Portsmouth on Saturday 5th May.
