The Posh Ladies recorded a 3-1 victory over Oadby in their latest fixture.
Peterborough United Ladies FC eased to a comfortable 3-1 win against Oadby and Wigston Ladies. Two goals in the 10th and 12th minute from Kier Perkins and a brilliant solo effort from Jess Driscoll in the 39th minute gave Peterborough United Ladies all three points.
Oadby gained a consolation goal in the second half but Peterborough United Ladies held on to record a comfortable win.
After an absence of a number of weeks of non playing the Ladies played some excellent one and two touch play. There were excellent contributions from all the team but there were notable performances from Eleanor Boothman, Bryony Fox and Jess Driscoll (awarded Player of the Match).
