The Posh Ladies Reserves clinch all three points from thriller.
Peterborough United Reserves Vs Corby Hellenic
Posh started very well by maintaining a lot of the possession. Posh scored three goals by Lia Richardson, Emily Woosnam and Demi. However taking a strong early lead and not having a full squad Posh started to get caught and conceded two goals before half time. Half Time 3-2.
Early into the second half Posh scored again however due to injuries and tiredness conceded shortly after to make the score 4-3. For the last 10 minutes Corby Hellenic forced Posh reserve keeper Sammy to make some great saves and Posh Reserves held onto the 4-3 score and walked away with the three points.
A good display of character, determination and team work.
