The Posh Ladies continued their fine run of form with a comfortable victory.

Peterborough United Ladies continued their unbeaten run in the League with a comfortable 5-0 win against Loughborough Foxes Vixens LFC.

Keir Perkins opened the scoring in the 15th minute with a well struck shot in the right hand corner to beat the Loughborough goalie. Seven minutes later, Jenna Lusk made it 2-0 after keeping the ball in and then finishing from a tight angle. Keir Perkins then made it 3-0 in the 31st minute with a right footed shot that beat the keeper.

The second half saw the introduction of Jeorgia Carr and she soon made an impression when in the 69th minute she acrobatically struck the ball high in the air and flicked it into the goal to make it 4-0. Emily Smith then made it 5-0 with a well struck right footed shot in the 82nd minute which flew past the despairing hands of the Loughborough goalie.

This was a comfortable win against a Loughborough team that always pressed and never gave up.
