Posh travel North to take on high-flying Wigan.

Peterborough United are next in Sky Bet League One action on Saturday (5th March) when Posh take on Wigan Athletic at the DW Stadium.

Tuesday night's defeat at Bury meant that Posh are now on a run of five consecutive League One defeats and Graham Westley’s team will be desperate to stop that run at high-flying Wigan.

Posh are without the services of defender Ricardo Almeida Santos, who was sent-off for two bookable offences on Tuesday. Midfielder Chris Forrester missed the Bury match, but manager Graham Westley is hopeful the Irishman will return to action sooner rather than later.

Lee Angol has been ruled out through injury while Joe Gormley and Jermaine Anderson reamin long-term absentees.

Wigan, who held Millwall to a goalless draw in midweek, have midfielder Sam Morsy suspended after he was dismissed during the draw at The Den. The Latics also have Michael Jacobs, Reece James, Kevin McNaughton and Sanmi Odelusi missing through injury.

Earlier in the season Wigan snatched all three points in a five-goal thriller at the ABAX Stadium. Wigan raced into a two-goal lead through Yanic Wildschut and Will Grigg, but Posh hit back through Erhun Oztumer and Souleymane Coulibaly, before Max Power stole the show with a late winner.

Posh fans will be housed in the North Stand (unreserved seating) with tickets priced at £20 for adults, £17 for over 65s, £10 for under 18s, £5 for under 11s and £2 for under 5s. On the day, the price for over 65s rises to £20 and the under 5 price rises to £5 on the turnstiles. However, you can purchase tickets at the pre-match day price at the Wigan Ticket Office. All disabled tickets (including ambulant) will be charged at the age relevant price.
