Posh have completed the signing of Nuneaton pair.

Peterborough United have completed the signing of Nuneaton pair Aaron Williams and Callum Chettle with the duo penning two and a half year deals.

The duo, who are both England C internationals, have completed the paperwork at the ABAX Stadium and will link up with their new team-mates on Monday. They are not involved in Saturday's Sky Bet League One fixture at Gillingham.

Williams (striker) has scored 16 goals in 30 games in all competitions this season and netted 28 goals in 39 appearances for Rushall Olympic last season. He started his career with Walsall and is 22-years-old.

Chettle (midfielder) is the son of former Nottingham Forest defender Steve and joined Nuneaten from Ilkeston Town. While at Ilkeston he was selected in the England C team by Paul Fairclough, the lowest ranked side to feature an international. He has been linked with a move to the Football League since the summer and is 19-years-old.

Reaction from manager Graham Westley will follow the fixture at Gillingham.
