Peterborough United have boosted their squad ahead of the Sky Bet League One fixture with Sheffield United by signing Lawrie Wilson from Bolton Wanderers in a one month loan deal.

Wilson goes straight into the squad for the fixture with the Blades after linking up with his new team-mates on Friday.

Wilson played under Graham Westley at Stevenage where he made over 150 times for the club. He made nearly 100 times for Charlton Athletic before joining the Trotters in the summer.

He can operate in a number of positions including at full-back and will wear the number 38 shirt.
