Posh can confirm that West Ham United teenager Martin Samuelsen has rejoined the club until the end of the season.

Peterborough United are pleased to announce the loan signing of talented teenager Martin Samuelsen from West Ham United until the end of the season.

Samuelsen, who impressed in a loan spell under previous manager Graham Westley, has linked up with his team-mates and will go straight into the squad for the trip to promotion contenders Scunthorpe United on Monday.

Samuelsen has also been given permission to play in the FA Cup by his parent club.

Manager Grant McCann was delighted with the signing and confirmed that George Moncur and Nathan Oduwa have returned to their parent clubs of Barnsley and Tottenham Hotspur respectively.

"It is great to have Martin back at the club. He is well loved by the players and the staff and of course the supporters, I am sure he will bring a lot more quality to us and we are looking forward to working with him again.

"George has returned to Barnsley. They are similar players, but Martin can play in numerous positions for us whereas George could only really play in one. It is great to have that quality in the squad."

We will be speaking to Martin and fellow new signing Junior Morais in the coming week.
