Posh host Bury at the ABAX Stadium on Tuesday evening.

Peterborough United entertain Bury in Sky Bet League One action on Tuesday evening (7.45pm) as Graham Westley takes charge of his first fixture at the ABAX Stadium.

Posh have collected seven points from the last nine available and won their first game under Westley's stewardship at the weekend as goals from Lee Angol and Chris Forrester secured a 2-0 victory at Bradford City.

Tuesday's opponents Bury have enjoyed an excellent start to the season after securing promotion last term and currently sit inside the top six with some notable results already under their belt including a fine away win at Sheffield United.

Striker Leon Clarke is their one to watch - the experienced front man has netted five goals so far this term including two against one of his former clubs, Coventry City, at the weekend.

Posh do not have any fresh injury worries to contend with ahead of the clash with Kgosi Ntlhe (toe) and Jack Baldwin (knee) still on the sidelines. Joe Gormley has undergone a scan to find out the extent of his injury while Harry Beautyman is carrying a knock.

Jermaine Anderson serves the second of a three-match ban after he was sent off against Walsall.

Posh boss Westley said: 'I am really looking forward to my first home game. I want my home ground to be a place that people fear coming to. I want people to know that at home we stick together, the fans and players are together as a unit and press for the 90 minutes and what ever is added on.

'I want us to play with an energy that teams won’t be able to live with. We will press for 90 minutes and make life uncomfortable. It’s important never to under-estimate opponents, but it’s just as important that you never under-estimate yourselves.

'We should have confidence from taking seven points from three matches and that is a standard we can now build on. It’s important to learn and improve as individuals and as a team. Winning is a skill you have to learn and it can all be about small margins,' Westley said.
