Dave Robertson spent time with the supporters who had travelled the long journey to Deepdale on Tuesday evening.
Peterborough United manager Dave Robertson took time out of his pre-match routine to personally thank Posh supporters for making the 360 mile round-trip to watch Posh in action at Preston North End on Tuesday night.Robertson entered the away end at Deepdale to chat with supporters, sign autographs and pose for ‘selfies’ with Posh fans before the game. 204 Posh fans made the long journey North.
“The supporters who travelled three-and-a-half hours to come and support the lads at Preston were absolutely fantastic and it was good to chat to a few of them before the game. The supporters have been fantastic and I am sure there will be a big crowd at the ABAX Stadium on Saturday for the visit of Chesterfield,” Robertson said following the full-time whistle.
