The football club are thrilled to confirm another partnership with a local school

Peterborough United Football Club are delighted to announce that we have entered into a partnership with the St Peter's School in Huntingdon to provide a Football Academy for students.

The Academy will provide a two-year course run in partnership with the football club. Students will play in a variety of competitions including the Football Conference and the British College League alongside cup competitions and also have the opportunity to train and play with The Posh.

Students will have the opportunity to pursue their further education and career in football. The partnership will develop players individually both on and off the field.

Students will also have an opportunity to train on fully equipped pitches and use a fully equipped gym and have access to a fully qualified physiotherapist and UEFA B Coaches throughout their two-year scholarship.

Academy Operations Manager Kayleigh Stent said: 'This is another exciting chapter within our partnership programme and will follow in the footsteps of our great work and set up with Nene Park Academy and Manor School in Raunds. I look forward to working closely with all involved at St. Peters in this venture.'
