Motorpoint continue their backing of the Posh by sponsoring the players’ training kit for the 2015-2016 campaign.

Peterborough United are pleased to announce that Motorpoint have signed a two-year deal to sponsor the players’ training kit, with the car supermarket once again showing their commitment to the football club after becoming the new stand sponsor back in December 2014.

The Motorpoint logo will appear on the players’ polo shirts, training kit, tracksuits and management kit. The squad returned to pre-season training on Monday morning at the Mick George Training Academy and have a host of friendly fixtures to look forward to.

Posh Commercial Manager Alex Harris said: ‘This deal once again demonstrates the strength of the partnership between the football club and Motorpoint. They are a pleasure to deal with and I would like to personally thank Chris Goodison for his support and all at Motorpoint for their continued commitment to the football club.

‘Having the Motorpoint logo on our training kit is another major step forward for the commercial team and we look forward to seeing the logo featured in all of our training pictures and emblazoned on the club tracksuits when the players are out and about in the community.’

Chris Goodison, General Manager of Motorpoint Peterborough, added: ‘We are delighted to be extending our partnership with Posh. It’s a fantastic club with a fantastic fan base and we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to promote the Motorpoint brand further over the next few seasons.’
