The football club are pleased to announce a number of fun days, specifically for girls aged between 8 and 16.
The England Lionesses return back to England as heroes after reaching the semi-finals of the Women's World Cup, cruelly beaten in the final moments of the semi-final against Japan following an unfortunate own goal.
Across the country, the aim is to improve participation in girls football and here at Peterborough United, we are pleased to announce a number of fun days, specifically for girls aged between 8 and 16 during the summer holidays.
The fun days will take place at the Hampton Community Sports Association (Beaumont Way, Hampton Hargate. Peterborough. PE7 8DN) on Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th August.
All courses will be delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaches who will put on a variety of fun-based football activities. Players will also get the chance to meet first team stars who will visit for one day at each venue to sign autographs and pose for photos.
Courses get underway at 10am and conclude at 3pm. Junior Posh and Development Centre members will receive a discount.
