Posh sign St. Patricks Athletic attacking midfielder Christopher Forrester.
Peterborough United have completed the signing of Christopher Forrester from St. Patrick's Athletic for an undisclosed fee with the attacking midfielder penning a three-year deal at the ABAX Stadium.Forrester was in the stands to watch Posh draw 1-1 with Gillingham in Sky Bet League One action after completing the necessary paperwork on the transfer.
The 22-year-old made 20 appearances for Bohemians before joining St. Patricks Athletic where he has made over 100 appearances in all competitions.
Manager Dave Robertson said: 'I am over the moon to have secured the services of Christopher Forrester. He is full of energy and scored 12 goals in 24 games for St. Patrick's Athletic. He is an attacking midfielder and one that we have high hopes for.'
Forrester could be included in the Posh squad on Tuesday evening when the club travel to Millwall in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
