Posh host Walsall at the ABAX Stadium on Easter Monday (3pm).
Peterborough United entertain Walsall in Sky Bet League One action at the ABAX Stadium on Easter Monday (3pm) and there is fun for all the family in and around the stadium with youngsters across the city enjoying their end of term holidays.
The fun begins at 12pm with a bouncy castle, a double decker play bus, bull ride and much more and as part of the Easter celebrations, the football club have also discounted the price of an under 18 ticket to just £1 with a full paying adult in either the Motorpoint Stand or the South Stand.
Manager Dave Robertson will be looking for a response from his team after two successive defeats, the latest at Scunthorpe United on Good Friday when a goal in each half condemned Posh to defeat.
That loss left Posh four points from the play-off positions, but with sides competing for that final spot set to face each other, there is still plenty to play for and Robertson knows his players need to show character against the Saddlers.
'Monday is a big game for me, but more so it is a big game for the players. They need to respond, they need to show the character that they displayed in the first four games. They need to show quality too.
'I was disappointed with both the result and the performance at Scunthorpe. We were nowhere near in terms of our energies and as a consequence, we were out competed by a side that were desperate for the points.
'We need to bounce back, we know that. I am sure that the players will be desperate to do that,' Robertson said.
The Posh boss is waiting for news on Jack Payne and Marcus Maddison who both missed the defeat at Scunthorpe with illness. Payne dropped out close to kick-off leading to a reshuffle in the starting line-up.
Jon Taylor could return after missing the game with a slight knee complaint but Jermaine Anderson and Jack Baldwin remain sidelined. Luke James, who was an unused substitute at Glanford Park could also start.
Kick-off at the ABAX Stadium is 3pm and tickets are available at www.theposhtickets.com, via the Ticketmaster hotline 0844 847 1934 and in person at the Box Office which opens at 9am on Monday.
