Posh have completed the loan deal of Welling midfielder Harry Beautyman.

Peterborough United have completed the signing of midfielder Harry Beautyman from Welling United on a loan deal until January with a view to the move being made permanent when the transfer window re-opens.

The 22-year-old has has scored 11 goals in 21 appearances for the Conference club this season and has represented England 'C', scoring in last week's win over Estonia at the Shay, Halifax.

Beautyman began his career at Leyton Orient, but moved on to Sutton United before joining Welling in 2013.

'I like to think I am a box to box midfielder, I like to get forward and score and create goals for others. I have been pleased with my goal return so far this season and I am delighted to now be a Peterborough player.

'It has something that I have known about for a while, but to be honest, I didn't really take any notice because there has been interest before and nothing has materialised. I just wanted to get my head down and play football.

'It is down to me now to try and show the gaffer what I am about and hopefully force my way into his thinking for Friday night's game with Bristol City at London Road, which is a big game for the football club.'

Beautyman will wear the number 35 shirt at London Road.
