Academy Head Coach Kieran Scarff thanks Tente for their support over the last year.

Over the past year the football club has benefitted enormously from some very generous sponsorship from Carl Garner, Managing Director at Tente.

Tente Castors are a family run business who have been operating internationally for over 90 years. The UK branch is based here in Peterborough, however, their services are provided nationally in industries including medical, institutional, heavy duty and industrial.

Mobility is essential for their modern society and individuals alike. Have you ever tried to move a piece of heavy furniture only to be relieved that it was on wheels? Perhaps in a supermarket you have changed from a basket to a trolley for ease of use? These applications are designed to make mobility easier for you and the work of Tente is a contributing factor to improving people’s lives and their working conditions.

The sponsorship from Tente has enabled the Academy to greatly improve their match analysis department by funding the provision of a software package that enables us to analyse both our own games and that of either future opponents or individual players. This is used across the whole club to support both scouting and player education.

Tente have also been very generous in providing sponsorship that has enabled us to develop the IT facilities in the education rooms at the training ground at Nene Park Academy, along with training resources for our Academy players.

Throughout this period of time Carl and his staff have consistently been very pro-active and supportive of the projects we continue to develop – their support has been crucial in ensuring we have been able to have these resources in place.

All involved at the football club would like to extend their gratitude to Carl and all the staff at Tente for their continued support and look forward to continuing to work closely together in the future.

I would also like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Mark Woods, Steve Howard and all staff at Nene Park Academy for the massive contribution they continue to make to the football club in terms of the training ground and the development of our Academy players.
