Peterborough United conclude the regular Sky Bet Leaguue One season against Port Vale on Saturday (3pm).

Darren Ferguson's men will look to make it five wins in a row at London Road on Saturday when they entertain Port Vale in the final Sky Bet League One fixture of the campaign (3pm).

With a play-off berth already secured, the Posh boss has confirmed he will be making changes to his starting line-up. Youngsters Jermaine Anderson and Ricardo Santos will start with the latter expected to begin the game at right back.

'Ricardo will play. He played right back in the second half of the development game this week and did very well so we will start him there and perhaps move him one inside as the game progresses. He is a real strong boy, you won't be able to miss him, he is a big, powerful lad and is a good find for us.

'He is still young, but is learning all the time and he will get his chance on Saturday. Jermaine will definitely play in midfield, he has had a good rest and will start,' Ferguson confirmed.

Striker Conor Washington will definitely play no part. He has been receiving treatment for a gash sustained while scoring his second goal in the victory over Shrewsbury Town last week. He will be fit for the play-offs.

'Conor would play if the play-off game was on Saturday, so there is no panic there. We just don't want to risk anyone. Danny Swanson won't start, but he will definitely come on, either for 45 minutes or half an hour.

'I am making a lot of changes, but I want to win the game and have picked a side that I believe can win a game. We want to go into the play-offs with plenty of momentum and five wins out of five at home would be good momentum,' Ferguson added.
