Peterborough United Football Club are looking for a full-time physiotherapist to work within the Academy department at London Road.
The job will entail:
37.5 hours per week/as required by the business and on match days.
FA CRC check completed by the Football Club if the applicant doesn't already hold one.
Providing and ensuring that medical cover for all training sessions and game days across all phases of the development programme.
Oversee the development of injury prevention within the Football Club to all the needs of all players within the Academy.
Ensure that the values of the Football Club are followed, achieved and maintained.
Ensure policies, practices and procedures within the Academy are followed at all times.
Key Skills and Experience required:
Chartered Physiotherapist or equivalent.
FA Emergency First Aid or First Aid at Work.
Knowledge and understanding of FA and Football League rules relating to player development.
Experience working within a strategic environment to support the long term development of players.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisational and administrational skills.
Ability to work in a team effectively and efficiently.
Ability to work alone.
