Posh host Skrill Premier League side Kidderminster Harriers at London Road on Tuesday evening (7.45pm).
Peterborough United entertain Skrill Premier League side Kidderminster Harriers in an FA Cup third round replay at London Road on Tuesday evening (7.45pm) with Premier League side Sunderland awaiting the winners at the Stadium of Light.
The two sides fought out a 0-0 draw at Aggborough earlier this year with Posh striking the woodwork on three occasions during a frenetic last few minutes.
Since that tie, Kidderminster have parted company with Steve Burr and replaced him at the helm with former Coventry City boss Andy Thorn, who had a winning start to life with the Harriers at the weekend.
Talented winger Joe Lolley, a target of a number of clubs in this transfer window, bagged a hat-trick in the 3-0 win over Salisbury with two of his goals coming from the spot.
Posh are without the suspended Lee Tomlin who will miss the clash with Kidderminster and Saturday's league fixture with Tranmere Rovers at London Road. Hogan Ephraim has now completed his three-match ban and is available for selection.
Tommy Rowe and Danny Kearns, who returned to the squad at Swindon Town on Saturday are available, but Craig Alcock is still sidelined with a calf injury, although he is edging closer to a return.
Boss Darren Ferguson said: 'Kidderminster have changed their manager and had a good win on Saturday and they will be looking forward to coming to London Road. We felt we did enough to win the game at Aggborough and we are determined to progress into the next round.
'I have had a look back at the game on Saturday and we played well throughout, but the defending for the two goals was not good enough. We had chances at 2-1 to get back into the game and at the minute we are not doing well enough in both boxes,' Ferguson said.
