Posh host Doncaster Rovers in Sky Bet League One action on Sunday (3pm) at the ABAX Stadium.

Peterborough United will look to bounce back from the disappointing 3-2 defeat at Chesterfield on Boxing Day when they entertain 'away day' specialists Doncaster Rovers at the ABAX Stadium.

The Rovers return on the road is impressive, unbeaten in six away from the Keapmoat and last time out they defeated promotion challengers Swindon Town at the County Ground.

Paul Dickov's men defeated Coventry City at home on Boxing Day and arrive at the ABAX full of confidence. Posh boss Darren Ferguson knows that his side have to show an improvement from their showing at the Proact Stadium.

'The turnaround from Boxing Day is quick and we know we have a chance to put things right, but we also know what a good side Doncaster are away from home. They have had a lot of good results on the road and will come to the AMAX with nothing to fear.

'I said after the defeat to Chesterfield that the comeback we showed in the second half didn't mask or hide the things we know that we need to improve on. We were disappointed and we have to go again,' Ferguson said.

The Posh boss is likely to be without defender Kgosi Ntlhe who is struggling with a knee injury. Marcus Maddison returned to action with a good showing and is pushing for a starting berth, while Jack Payne will be assessed on the day of the game after he was forced off with dizziness and sickness against Chesterfield.

Tickets for the game are available at www.theposhtickets.com, via the Ticketmaster Hotline 0844 847 1934 or in person at the Box Office which is open from 9am on Sunday.
