The Posh development team drew 0-0 with Notts County at the Nene Park Academy.
The Peterborough United development team were held to a goalless draw by Notts County at the Nene Park Academy on Tuesday afternoon.
Skipper for the day Tom Conlon came the closest to breaking the deadlock for Posh, his excellent left-footed free-kick cracked against the underside of the crossbar midway through the second period.
Central defender Liam Marshall planted a header from a Conlon corner kick wide of the target while the same player was denied by the Magpies goalkeeper.
Joe Day made a smart stop in a one v one situation as the Magpies caught Posh on the counter attack, while the visitors also struck the top of the bar with a powerful header.
Posh lost the services of 15-year-old midfielder Harry Baldry to a serious injury in the second half. The youngster injured his knee and is expected to be on the sidelines for a lengthy period of time.
Posh: Day, Richens, Marshall, Palmer, Luto, Conlon, Baldry (sub Ward), Trialist (youth), H. Anderson, Friend, Phillips.
