Posh face a tricky Sky Bet League One encounter at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Peterborough United travel to league leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday (3pm) in Sky Bet League One action knowing that a victory against Kenny Jackett's men would strengthen their hold on the final play-off berth.
Following the success at Wembley Stadium in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy and the comfortable 2-0 home victory over Colchester United in the league on Wednesday night, Darren Ferguson's men make the trip to the West Midlands in confident mood.
Boss Ferguson was full of praise for the job Jackett has done at Wolves when speaking this week: 'Wolves are almost there, I think they only need a couple of wins to be assured of automatic promotion. Kenny Jackett has done a very good job there.
'It is obviously a difficult place to go, but we played well at their place in front of a big crowd last season in the Championship and we go there with a bit of confidence after this week's results,' Ferguson said.
The Posh boss will be without Joe Newell, who serves the second of a three-match ban, but has a fully fit squad to choose from for the trip with several players pushing for a start after impressive cameo's from the substitutes bench in midweek.
Wolves are six points clear at the top of the table with a superior goal difference, although closest challengers Brentford do have a game in hand.
The game is ALL-TICKET for Posh fans. Tickets will remain on sale until 5pm at the London Road Box Office on Friday. Fans can also purchase tickets at www.theposhtickets.com or via the 24-hour hotline 0844 847 1934.
