Posh make their first visit to the New York Stadium on Saturday to face Rotherham United (3pm).
Peterborough United return to Skybet League One action this weekend with a first ever trip to the New York Stadium to face Rotherham United on Saturday (3pm).
Darren Ferguson's men were knocked out of the Capital One Cup at Sunderland on Tuesday night and the Posh boss is forced into at least one change with Lee Tomlin ruled out due to an ankle ligament injury.
Paul Taylor, who returned to London Road in a one-month loan deal on Thursday, goes straight into the squad and could make his 'second debut' against the Millers.
Ferguson is expecting a tough test from Steve Evans' men. 'I fully expect Rotherham to finish in the top six. They have a manager who knows how to get teams promoted and he has done a very good job at Rotherham.
'They have some good players and have made an excellent start. Obviously they have players that we know quite well with Lee Frecklington, Craig Morgan and Kieran Agard all at the club.
'For us, we want to continue our good away form. I have been told nearly 1,000 tickets have been sold in advance, so it should be a good atmosphere,' Ferguson said.
Midfielder Danny Kearns, who spent time on-loan at Rotherham last season, returns to the squad after injury, while Tommy Rowe has recovered from a knee injury.
Rotherham will be without injured trio Claude Davis, David Worrall and Michael O'Connor for the game against Posh. Striker Tom Eaves came off the bench to make his debut at Walsall last Saturday and could start.

Posh had sold 1,000 tickets in advance for the game, but fans are able to pay on the turnstiles at the New York Stadium (with a slight increase on tickets).
