There will be Posh participation in the event with former player and Community Manager David Farrell joining Commercial Manager Alex Harris in raising money for one of the club's chosen charities, Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice.
Club Accountant Graham Motley is also running in the event, which gets underway on Sunday morning.
The Posh mobile retail unit will also be present, so supporters can purchase a variety of merchandise including hats, scarves and replica kit.
