Jimmy Walker has signed a new deal to stay at London Road as the club's Goalkeeping Coach.
Jimmy Walker has signed a new contract at London Road to remain as the club's Goalkeeping Coach for the 2013-2014 campaign.
Walker, who joined in the latter part of last season following a playing career that included over 400 appearances at Walsall, will continue to work with first team goalkeepers Bobby Olejnik and Joe Day.
Posh kept five clean sheets in the final 11 games of the campaign. Posh boss Darren Ferguson said: 'Jimmy came in at the back end of last season and did very well working with the goalkeepers.
'He has vast experience in the game as a player and is a very good coach and the goalkeepers at London Road love working with him. He has great enthusiasm and has fitted in very well.
'It is not just the players I have to think of, it is my coaching staff and we have a very tight knit group. I am delighted to have Jimmy on board with us,' Ferguson said.
