Dwight Gayle has today (Wednesday) completed his move to Premier League new boys Crystal Palace.

Peterborough United striker Dwight Gayle has completed his move to Premier League new boys Crystal Palace, penning a long term contract at Selhrurst Park.

The former Dagenham and Redbridge front man, who scored 13 goals for Posh in the Championship last term, moves to the Eagles for an undisclosed fee.

It caps a meteoric rise for the former Arsenal youngster, who at the start of last season had just returned to Dagenham following a loan spell with Stansted.
