The Posh under 18s face Hull City on Wednesday evening at North Ferriby FC (7pm).
The Peterborough United under 18s are in FA Youth Cup third round action this evening with Hull City providing the opposition at North Ferriby FC (7pm).
Gavin Strachan's men progressed into the third round after wins at Notts County and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Boss Strachan said: 'It is another big test for the players and there are different factors for them to overcome tonight. Hull are a good side, but the fixture tonight is not being played at the KC Stadium it is being played at North Ferriby FC.
'That presents a challenge for the lads because it is not stadium football. They need to raise themselves to play in that environment and I am sure the weather will be challenging as well, but the lads are looking forward to it.
'We have players pushing for a starting berth. Greg Stewart, a second year scholar, comes into the thinking after signing recently. He is a central midfield player and bolsters that area of the squad. We have good strength in depth,' Strachan said.
