Posh head to Priestfield on Saturday to face Peter Taylor's Gillingham (3pm).

Peterborough United travel to Priestfield on Saturday (3pm) in Sky Bet League One action with Darren Ferguson's men looking to make it four wins from four in all competitions.

Posh go into the game on the back of a 3-0 victory at Newport County in the area semi-finals of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, while Gillingham were beaten at Notts County in league action last weekend.

In terms of team news, Posh can call on the services of defender Gabi Zakuani and midfielder Joe Newell, who both return to the squad after injury.

Danny Swanson is suspended after picking up his fifth booking of the campaign at Rodney Parade, while Tommy Rowe, Danny Kearns and Craig Alcock are still sidelined with injury.

Gillingham are expected to include former Posh players Chris Whelpdale and Charlie Lee in their squad. Ferguson believes Gillingham will be a difficult test for his side after a difficult week of action.

'We said before the game at Newport that it would be a perfect warm-up for Saturday's game at Gillingham. The pitch is a lot better though and we definitely need to keep the ball better than we did in possession on Tuesday evening.

'They have conceded a lot of goals in recent weeks, so I am sure they will be looking to bounce back against ourselves. Charlie Lee has got a long throw and if he is involved I am sure they will utilise that weapon.

'It will be a tricky game for us, but we know that a win would cap off a very good week for us,' Ferguson said.

Up to 2.30pm on Thursday, Posh had sold over 350 tickets in advance for the game. The match is not all-ticket.
